Continuous fryer adopts external oil circulation heating mode. The heating device is external and separated from the pot body. High temperature resistant circulating oil pump circulates the frying oil and passes through the heating device to complete the heating process. The heating area of the heating device is large, the circulating oil heats up rapidly, and the frying oil temperature is automatically controlled. External dual channel oil filtering device which makes the oil residue filtered thoroughly and easy to clean. The oil tank and external circulation are provided with heat preservation device. The heating device uses coal, oil, gas and biomass for heating.
