Nutrition Rice Solution and Production Line

Using twin screw extrusion tech, our production line adopts broken rice as the main raw material, finely milling and premixing with other nutrients. Ingredients will enter into the extruder for regranulating, the dryer for moisture evaporating. Then after polishing and sifting, slippy enriched rice will be produced.

Raw Material

Mixing

Integrate the mixing of various starch raw materials, more mixing cycles within a fixed time period can be achieved by using the intermittent mixer designed with clamping capacity and intelligent pulp page. Optional and precise liquid adding equipment enables uniform distribution of ingredients for the mixing of recipes.

Extruding

The mixed materials conduct thermomechanical transformation on the machine in a short time under high temperature and pressure. Expansion caused by steam refers to the melt expansion at the exit of die caused by the flight of water, resulting in high expansion of the product, the subsequent treatment determines the quality properties of the extruded product such as brittleness, hardness, etc. This process is used to produce directly puffed breakfast cereals.

Sieving

The extruded rice particles contain a bit of temperature and viscosity, which are spread out through a vibrating sieve to prevent the particles from sticking together.

High Temperature Baking

Baking is particularly important in the food processing industry, where dryers can provide the best drying effects for compact, sticky or thermally sensitive products. The product is dried by air flow, the air temperature is controlled accurately at 200 degrees, and the secondary puffing is carried out quickly with fast air flow speed and short standing time.

Cooling

The product is cooled quickly to prevent secondary adhesion through cooling conveyor and the convection of wind speed controlled by the wind blade.
