This cooling oven is divided into three types: three layer, five layers and seven laryers with reciprocating conveying cooling way. It adopts computer program with automatic design which is simple and flexible, easy to operate. The final product is cooled to normal room temperature, then packing and storing. It is mainly used in breakfast cereal production line and modified starch production line for even and fast cooling.
